Spruce Grove Whistler Renovation

In this Whistler renovation, JSTL Construction revitalized a home originally built in 2001, elevating both comfort and modern appeal. The once-dark kitchen was fully reimagined into a bright, airy space designed for enthusiastic cooks and effortless entertaining. In the living room, the original stone fireplace was replaced with a sleek tiled feature, creating a refined focal point, while custom storage was added for dedicated wine collectors.

Three bathrooms were thoughtfully updated to encourage relaxation, swapping bold colours for elegant faux marble finishes. New flooring, baseboards, and fresh paint throughout unify the home with a clean, contemporary aesthetic. To further enhance natural light and indoor-outdoor living, kitchen and living room windows were replaced and a new patio door was installed, opening the space to the garden. A dark wood staircase was also transformed with a light, modern metal and glass design.

The result is a beautifully cohesive, highly functional home that delivers both everyday comfort and increased property value.
